Most classes run 15–30 minutes and are done at the desk or in a chair, with no changing clothes, no equipment, and no sweating required. Just simple, guided movement to reset the body, ease screen fatigue, and refresh the mind.
For teams looking for a deeper experience, 60-minute full-body flow sessions are also available.


About Me.
I’m a people-focused leader, certified yoga teacher, and former engineer who brings clarity, calm, and energy into busy workdays. With training in Gentle Hatha, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative/Yin Yoga, I design sessions that meet people where they are, whether that means a quick reset at the desk or a full-body flow.

My background spans healthcare, technology, and education, so I understand the real pressures of modern workplaces and how powerful simple, well-designed practices can be. My approach to workplace yoga is practical and grounded, helping teams reset, improve focus, and feel better in their bodies without changing clothes or leaving work behind.
The goal is simple: healthier humans, stronger teams, and workdays that feel more sustainable.
